- A study of 623 textile firms in Vietnam found a strong positive correlation between managers' cognitive skills and overall company performance (Kim, 2020)
- In an extensive study of national economic performance, scientists found that 'the existing evidence suggests that cognitive skills is substantially more important for economic growth than the mere quantity of schooling.' (Hanushek and Woessmann, 2008).
- Studies 'indicate that cognition is a critical force underlying leader emergence and performance' (Mumford et al., 2015; Connelly et al., 2000; Lord, De Vader, & Alliger, 1986).
